We use your name, email, delivery address, optional phone number, selected configurations and messages to review requests, process orders, arrange delivery and provide support. We keep order and payment references, quoted amounts, accepted terms and dates, and relevant correspondence. Stripe handles payment details; our shop does not store your full card number.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the shop, Backblaze stores model photos and download files, Resend delivers and receives support email, and Stripe processes payments and calculates applicable tax. Delivery details may be shared with the carrier or shipping service used to fulfill your order. Each provider processes the information needed for its role under its own privacy terms.
An essential cookie identifies your saved cart. The site uses technical request information for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. Contact and custom-request forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to detect bots. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this verification. Suspected spam is kept separately for review, and blocked senders cannot create new inbox messages. Administrative access uses authentication. Your private order link grants access to order status and related actions, so keep it private.
We retain information as needed to fulfill orders, support customers, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes and protect the service. Contact us to request access, corrections or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
