Personal use only. No file sharing, redistribution, physical resale, commercial printing, or license transfer.

For standard configurations, you pay the model price, selected shipping and applicable tax together at checkout. We do not defer shipping to a later payment. Online shipping is currently available within the US; contact us about international delivery.

Choose a shipping service and review the processing time before paying. Orders with multiple models use the longest processing time. Custom requests are free to submit; any changed specification and price must be agreed before payment. We never automatically charge a saved card for additional work.

Processing times: regular tracks, two weeks; Standard Nürburgring, one month; Large Nürburgring, two months. We will email you when your order ships.

You may cancel any time before shipping for a full refund of your model payment and any delivery balance paid, including collected tax. Use your private order page or contact us. Refunds return to the original payment method; the payment provider and your bank control when the credit appears.

If we need more time, we ask you to accept an extension or cancel for a full refund. If an unfulfilled order reaches the end of its processing period without an accepted extension, we cancel it and initiate a full refund. An existing order with an agreed date keeps that commitment.

3D-printed pieces can show layer lines and small variations in color or finish. Review the selected dimensions, package and configuration before paying. Custom changes require a separate written review and price.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@virtalitymakes.com with your order reference and photos so we can arrange a remedy. Contact us before returning a delivered item so we can provide return instructions. These terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
